Sudarnoto Osman

Dato’ Ir. Ts. Sudarnoto Osman is the Chief Executive Officer of Sarawak Digital Economy Corporation (SDEC), where he leads initiatives focused on digitalisation, technology adoption and the development of Sarawak’s digital economy. He brings over three decades of experience across telecommunications, technology infrastructure and digital transformation, having held senior leadership roles at SDEC, SACOFA, Maxis and Celcom.

A Professional Engineer and Professional Technologist, Sudarnoto holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Tohoku University, Japan. His expertise spans telecommunications, digital infrastructure, innovation and strategic technology development, positioning him as a prominent voice in Malaysia’s digital transformation landscape.
